Q: How do we know what photographer to choose

A: At BBS we all have the same photographic goals: to ensure our clients get the most authentic wedding coverage of their day. We all shoot with the same photo-journalistic approach, but with slightly different styles, so it is during the initial meeting (via ZOOM) that Chelsea can help you select the right photographers for your big day.

Q: How much do we have to pay as a retainer to reserve your services

A: We require a 50% retainer to reserve your chosen photographers. Most clients book us over a year in advance so this helps us secure your photogs 100%!

Q: How soon do we receive our images after the wedding?

A: We need up to 2 months to complete the entire set of images

Q: How will our photographs be delivered?

A: We deliver all the final photographs edited, and retouched to our liking, via an online gallery. Once you’ve received them, you may ask for little changes. We’re always open to modifying a few images for you!

Q: How do we go about ordering albums

A: After the wedding, you can “heart” your favourite 100 images in the online gallery. Once you are ready, we can start designing from there! We send you a PDF of the design and you can give your feedback in the comments section. It’s a fun process to build your dream wedding album!
